Name and address data
When you request answers, information or materials from Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects, you are asked to provide us with your name, address, telephone number, fax number and e mail address.
We will not divulge any of this iformation to any commercial third party now or at any time in the future without first asking for your permission.
Cookies
We use a cookie to anonymously track user usage through the site for traffic analysis purposes.
We do not know anything about any user other than the random ID number. Our site does not require cookies. If you do not accept cookies, we simply do not record a random ID number in the usage log, and your visit is completely unaffected.
Mailing Lists for art shows and parties
As a necessary part of the process of building a mailing list, your personal information which you enter when you request to be on our mailing list is stored in our database. This enables you to receive invitations.
We may divulge these details to third parties such as artists having an opening reception at our office or charities for our Architects Party.
Analysis of data
We may use the information collected on the ANF Site (principally information submitted by you using our request form) to improve our service. For example, if we find that many people are requesting answers around a particular topic, we may decide to develop white papers investigating that subject.
Any information gained in this way will not be shared with any third party.
TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT
The following is a legal agreement between you and ANF. By browsing or using the ANF Site, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Definitions
"ANF Site" means the website www.anfa.com
"Materials" means all photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, graphics, animations, text, cut sheets and white papers on the ANF Site, including downloadables.
"ANF" means Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects, Inc., a company registered in the State of Tennessee, USA
"You" means any person visiting or browsing the ANF Site
"Agreement" means this document
2. All Materials are protected by copyright, and owned or controlled by ANF or the parties credited. You shall abide by all additional copyright restrictions contained in any Materials accessed through the ANF Site. You may not modify, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce, create new works from, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or in any way exploit, any of the Materials in whole or in part, except as otherwise provided for in this Agreement. You agree that any copy of the Materials you make or have in your possession shall be unaltered and shall prominently display "©Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects, Inc. www.anfa.com" and other proprietary notices contained therein. All information provided through the ANF Site is and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ANF and/or the parties credited.
3. ANF may modify this Agreement at any time by updating this page. By using the ANF Site, you agree to be bound by any such revisions and that you should periodically visit the ANF Site to determine the terms to which you are bound.
4. ANF hereby grants you a limited license to use cut sheets and white papers form the ANF Site as are from time to time determined, at ANF's sole discretion, to be available for the private, non commercial use of individual users. Images and text may be copied for private use only. Commercial use of any of the Materials is strictly forbidden, except with prior written permission from ANF Architects
5. The Materials are displayed "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
6. Neither ANF nor any of its officers, directors, employees or affiliates shall be liable for any damages of any kind whatsoever in any way resulting from your access to, use of or reliance on information provided at the ANF Site.
*In the event the foregoing limitation of liability set forth herein shall be for any reason held unenforceable or inapplicable, you agree that ANF and its affiliates' aggregate liability shall not exceed ten plugged US nickels pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
