The master plan for this coed independent high school sited on 125 unique acres is based on an extensive collaborative planning process that focuses on natural meadows, old-growth forest, and wetlands. The design strengthens and expands academic and extracurricular activities and consciously draws attention to the surrounding natural environment. Every classroom views the forest. Nature study trails, ropes courses, lakes, and outdoor meeting spaces are woven into the campus. Planned for phased development stages to ultimately accommodate 700 students, the master plan calls for sustainable design and highlights the school's many connections to its exceptional natural resources.
