ANF designed this branch bank in Germantown for Trust One Bank with a sophisticated French Provincial look. The exterior was designed to blend with the residential character of the City of Germantown. An earthy palette of warm grey stones stones and weathered bricks clad the exterior of the bank while a steeply pitched roof adorned with copper dormers and decorative finials help to give the building its characteristic Provincial shape. Wooden shutters and timber beams along with dark bronze gutters help to accentuate the design. ANF worked with Trust One to create a standard interior package that utilized wood and slate floors with rich walnut trim and custom millwork, as well as their signature Lobby Fireplace. The warm tones, along with the decorative light fixtures, give the property a sense of warmth.
