Once Discover decided to internally manage all direct mail distribution and billing, ANF finalized the design and facilitated construction of the new Southern Processing Center and Distribution Facility in less than 9 months. The resulting design is composed of three distinct compartmentalized zones for offices, warehousing and mail processing, watched over by a sophisticated security system that protects the valuable cards. This facility is a 300-person fully automated mail processing and credit card production center with provisions for future expansion.
