ANF evaluated multiple sites for this distinguished international organization before selecting this existing building that required tenant finish-out. As requested by ACBL, the interior design reflects the rich history and traditions of the game of Bridge while drawing on complementary transitional finishes and furniture to celebrate Bridge in a new century. To rectify the inefficiencies of their previous facility's fragmented four-story layout, ANF worked with ACBL to provide a new layout for the multiple departments with proper adjacencies and growth space, maximizing current and future flow and efficiencies. The open offices are flooded with natural light which is controlled by mechanical shades and daylight harvesting coordinated lighting systems. The desks are designed so that at every station there is a view to exterior landscape to facilitate a better working environment.
