This master plan is based upon research and analysis consisting of documentation of existing facilities, grounds and adjoining properties; interviews with staff, Board and standing committees; meetings with members and spouses; discussions with code, zoning and neighborhood officials; projections of future needs; studies of property uses including relocation scenarios; and coordination with financing alternatives. The resulting plan increases landscaped parking, solves building configuration and roofing problems, improves Club access and amenities and proposes future improvements to facilities and grounds.
