During the master planning of the only accredited continuing care retirement community in the mid south, ANF designers wove together the expertise of elder care operators and marketing consultants, building engineers, construction contractors, neighborhood groups, and code officials. Phase I- Trezevant Terrace apartments for assisted living and memory support services- is complete. Planning accommodates multiple levels of independence ranging from self-reliant independence to secure and accessible living facilities for people with varying levels of Alzheimer’s and dementia related disorders to full nursing care. ANF interlaces activity and therapy areas, outdoor gardens, and detached residences in the overall master plan.
