Utilizing 'Bridging Documents', ANF designed four office/warehouses for one of the world's largest candy manufacturers. Bridging Documents facilitate competitive bids for land, interest rates, cap rates, and construction. These facilities combine automated picking systems with sophisticated truck loading/unloading areas. ESFR fire protection, ammonia HVAC systems, and emergency power backup are standard elements of the designs. ANF utilized sustainable design expertise in the California warehouse, earning the client praise and a $100,000 check from the power company.
