Mid Range Plan envisions future land uses

As the Memphis College of Art (MCA) is located in the center of an urban park with limited expansion potential, this long-term master plan evaluates the feasibility of building design studios, student apartments and other support facilities in a nearby residential neighborhood. The master plan also includes inventories of existing conditions, relative cost information, and flexible long-term guidelines.
