This long-range master plan for a technology business campus accommodates a hotel, financial data processing headquarters, and future development parcels. The headquarters is built into an existing hillside, and the detention pond and fountain are a feature of the campus along with jogging trails, a pavilion, seating, and pedestrian deck overlooking the water.
