ANF provided Boyd Gaming with two schemes for two potential hotel and casino locations in Palm Beach, FL. The first, Jai Alai Fronton and Casino included an extensive renovation of a 318,000 square foot facility into an updated entertainment complex. The second, Palm Beach Kennel Club and Casino, provided for a 121,000 square feet of renovation and expansion of an existing race track. The expansion was to include additional concessions and dining areas, more administrative and support spaces, and a modernized race track.
