At the heart of the projects that ANF produces is teamwork. ANF has always recognized the value of our people, their crucial roles, and how important communication is in our profession – via daily job meetings, weekly staff meetings, and constant verbal and electronic discussions – to keep the project moving forward.
Just as important is mutual support. Multiple perspectives on the same goal or challenge move that project forward. We value learning. ANF won the first AIA National Intern Development Program firm award. Time and money we spend advancing the knowledge and skills of our employees benefits us and them many times.
