Lee Askew III, FAIA, Partner
Lee, a founder of Askew Nixon Ferguson Architects, is a native Memphian, class of 61 at Central High School, Eagle Scout, graduate of Tulane University, and former student at the Architectural Association in London. After serving for two years abourd the USS Enterprise, he worked in Sydney, Australia for two years before returning to the United States. Lee serves on civic boards including RiverArtsFest, Levitt Shell Board of Advisors, Delta Arts, Memphis Regional Design Center, and as a troop advisor to the Boy Scouts. He is a past President of AIA-Memphis and a Fellow of the American Institute of Architects.

Rebecca Conrad, AIA, LEED AP, Partner
Rebecca first worked for ANF as an intern in 1988 before her graduation from Auburn University. She specializes in architecture for educational facilities and sustainable design and headed up the team for the Master Plan, design, and construction of the new high school campus for St. George's Schools, the new Junior High Wing at St. Louis Catholic School, the Memphis College of Art Downtown Graduate Studios and Gallery, and the new School of Nursing and the School of Communication Disorders at the University of Memphis.
She has overseen student apartments for Christian Brothers University, completed edgy student housing for Memphis College of Art, designed dementia facilities for Alzheimer's Day Services, directed phased expansions for St. George's Independent Schools, and managed continuing care and Independent Living facilities for Trezevant Manor.
Rebecca was recently honored as one of the Memphis Business Journal's "Top 40 Under 40" young professionals who are making significant contributions to the community. Rebecca is very involved with the AIA and was the first female President of the AIA-Memphis Chapter and served on the AIA Tennessee Design/Build Committee. Rebecca is certified as a LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) by the US Green Building Council.

Bob Land, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Associate
Bob has been with ANF since 1993, during which time he has worked on projects for educational, institutional and municipal clients. He has been an instrumental designer and field representative on the team for St. George's Independent Schools. During the initial stages of this project he gained an interest in sustainable design principles. This spurred him on to get his LEED Accredited Professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Bob has worked on projects with St. George's Independent Schools, FedEx, and UT Martin, among others. His work with Big River Engineering and Manufacturing assisted in the LEED Silver certification of their manufacturing plant. Bob is a member of the AIA and USGBC- and was a founding member of USGBC Memphis- and has served on the Mayor's Green Building Task Force.
