2016 Levitt Shell Renovation

The Levitt Foundation ANF Architects worked closely with the Levitt Foundation to renovate and restore the 1930's era outdoor concert shell in 2008, after it had fallen into a state of disrepair and was shut down by the city. FedEx Main Screening

The project consists of a 30,000 square foot screening building, a 4,000 square foot north lobby building and a 290-foot sky bridge connecting the two buildings.
