First Horizon National Corporation Operations Project

FHNC wanted to consolidate employees from three different buildings into two locations. The goal was to reduce real estate, improve functional layouts to increase collaboration and work-flow while giving employees a flexible, modern work environment. In the early stages of design ANF Architects (Architect of Record) created a virtual cloud office that allowed real-time collaboration with Gensler and the entire A/E team in a shared 3D (BIM) model.

The $25 million dollar FHNC Operations project, represents one phase of a $60 million dollar multifaceted comprehensive design solution for the corporate offices of the largest bank headquartered in Tennessee. This 190,000 SF building was designed for ultimate flexibility and transformed an old check processing facility into a state-of-the-art tech center. This center operates continuously over a 24 hour cycle and can accommodate a staff of 700 people.
