The intent of this store prototype is to encourage and facilitate hands-on retail interaction. The design suggests the atmosphere of a relaxed neighborhood cafe to pull in customers who gather around the pods to sample products assisted by knowledgeable staff. A minimalist, international color palette of white on white is punctuated with telltale blue and orange touches of Palm's corporate colors.
