BOSCO'S
ANF Architects provided interior design and branding services to Bosco’s restaurant and brewpub in the center of historic Franklin, TN. When Bosco's was ready to open its fifth location, they asked ANF to bring together the best parts of their existing restaurants in order to create a cohesive, refined space. Using fresh inspiration, the design team created an atmosphere for patrons to enjoy good beer and good food. The primary parameter given by the client was to continue the ‘see and be seen’ character of their existing locations. ANF's interior designers took that philosophy and used the imagery of bubbles rising in a pint of beer as design inspiration. These ‘bubbles’ are expressed throughout the restaurant. The large bar area is used to highlight Bosco's selection of microbrews. A dining bar was created around an authentic Italian wood burning pizza oven to highlight an interactive dining experience. The surrounding dining areas are divided using low walls with bubble textured glass panels to create privacy yet maximize visibility. This 7,235 square foot, 250 seat restaurant serves as the anchor for a newly-constructed mixed use center.
