This project updated an older branch bank giving it a new look and finishes on the inside, changing the functional layout by closing an old drive lane while adding two new lanes on the opposite side of the bank to increase efficiency. This change allowed reworking of the parking and traffic flow so that First TN no longer needs to rent the adjacent property for parking. Old light fixtures were replaced with new LED type which will reduce energy consumption.
