This new Fine Art Gallery was created out of offices and a library in the former U of M Law School. Divided by an essential corridor, two galleries were created which allow for two separate art exhibits to be held at the same time or the glass entry doors can be opened to allow for one large exhibit. The continuous wood floor unites the spaces and gives this gallery a feeling of warmth and welcoming. Ceiling-Mounted, Ductless VAV HVAC systems are used to condition the spaces.
