The program for the FMC Midtown Medical Dialysis Center called for designing a contemporary dialysis treatment area with supporting spaces, sustainable design, including the use of natural daylight, views to the outside, local material usage, white reflective roofs, and low-VOC materials. The project included Dialysis Treatment Room, Administrative Offices, Exam Rooms, Outdoor Employee Break Area, Separate Patient and Employee Entrances, and Loading/Unloading Area.
