The facility opened in 2010 and includes a 120-bed skilled care nursing home, a modern 18-bed Alzheimer’s wing, and all support areas. 

Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Areas ensure residents are able to maintain the highest level of medical fitness without leaving the Harbor View campus. A teaching kitchen is provided for temporary residents that need training before returning home. A full service kitchen and dining room facility is centrally located along with smaller rooms located in each wing. An optional master plan was created for this 30 acre site.

A 16-bed acute inpatient psychiatric care unit addition was completed in 2016. The Unity Psychiatric Care: A Specialty Hospital for Seniors includes 8,600 SF of renovation, a 2,400 SF addition, 20 additional parking spaces, and a revised drop-off and entrance.
