Healthcare Realty
ANF has designed over 175 projects (more than 1 million sq. ft.) for Healthcare Realty and Baptist located on the Baptist Campuses in East Memphis, Collierville and Southaven.
The various projects range from standard doctor's office, pediatrics, cancer centers, dialysis facilities to administration spaces. ANF's design solutions are found in 11 different buildings on the 3 campuses.
ANF's collaboration efforts with Healthcare Realty and the healthcare team of providers include evolving existing spaces into new state-of-the-art, patient-friendly environments; while working within a budget, schedule and many times keeping a practice operational during construction. Other times shell space is developed into a new practice with a vision for future expansion needs designed into the solution.
“Thanks to you & your team for always doing a GREAT job for us! Thanks for being the best architect ever for us. You are always so thoughtful…that’s why I really enjoy working with you & your awesome team!”
- Diane Roberson, Healthcare Realty (HCR)
Green Model Office
The green Model Office incorporates the latest innovations in environmentally conscious design. All materials used to build the office were chosen for their sustainable qualities. The finishes give off no VOC or off-gassing into the space. All building systems are highly energy efficient, and local suppliers and sources were used wherever possible. Natural light and open spaces reflect the environmental choices made in the space. The Model Office perfectly
reflects the idea that building design can be sustainable, environmentally conscious and attractive while staying within a client’s original budget.

Timeshare Suite
The Timeshare Suite at Baptist Hospital offers physicians an opportunity to practice at the Baptist campus before setting up a permanent practice in the area. The suites are available for rent in three sections: blue, green and red. Each color corresponds with a different doctor’s space, each with four exam rooms and a shared reception/waiting area. 3D modeling was used to assist the client in visualizing the finished space, as well as provide the client with an opportunity to make changes before construction began on the space.
MIdsouth radiology
This was a renovation to an existing space allowing a new practice to move a more central location at Baptist Hospital. The scope included reworking the reception area and increasing the waiting room size. The finishes were selected to give a spa feel for the patients.
