EDR STUDENT HOUSING

ANF Architects provided interior design services for EdR’s Limestone Park I Student Housing at the University of Kentucky. EdR has several student housing residences at UK. Each building has a unique design scheme. The theme for Limestone Park I is based on Earth's Seven Elements.

Limestone Park I is a new, 7 Floor facility. The Second Level is the main entry point into the property with the Reception, Mailroom, Offices, Workroom, Main Lobby, Sitting Area, Public Restrooms and Laundry areas. In addition to living units, upper floors each include two Active Learning Rooms and one Kitchen.

The character of Limestone Park I is derived from the natural influence of the 7 Earth Elements: metal, water, earth, fire, flora, fauna and air. Each floor adapts one of these elements as its core color and theme. The use of vivid colors give definition to the residential community.
