Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) Satellite Campus







As part of Governor Bill Haslam’s Drive to 55 workforce development program, whose mission is focused on ensuring that more Tennessee residents are equipped with the training and certifications needed to support the State’s growing economy, this new Tennessee College of Applied Technology – Memphis satellite campus will be located in Bartlett, TN.
ANF, in partnership with Braganza design/ Group, is designing this 49,000 SF building that will be sited on 17.8 acres of undeveloped farmland at the corner of Brother Boulevard and Appling Road. It will include hands-on instructional laboratories such as: Automotive Tech, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tool, HVAC Repair, and Welding along with classrooms, community meeting space and administrative support services.
The building’s exterior design, reflective of the modern technology inside, features clean lines, large expanses of glass and exposed steel construction. Similarly, the interior features large windows to showcase the heavy equipment and medical manufacturing equipment donated by industry vendors.
