ANF, in partnership with Braganza design/ Group, is designing this 49,000 SF building that will be sited on 17.8 acres of undeveloped farmland at the corner of Brother Boulevard and Appling Road. It will include hands-on instructional laboratories such as: Automotive Tech, Heavy Equipment, Industrial Maintenance, Machine Tool, HVAC Repair, and Welding along with classrooms, community meeting space and administrative support services.

The building’s exterior design, reflective of the modern technology inside, features clean lines, large expanses of glass and exposed steel construction. Similarly, the interior features large windows to showcase the heavy equipment and medical manufacturing equipment donated by industry vendors.
