Trezevant Terrace Assisted Living

ANF was chosen to design the new assisted living center at Trezevant Episcopal Home, the first building phase of the long range master plan. Designed to meet the needs of the city’s growing elderly population, the assisted living center will house 110 residents in secure and accessible living spaces.
A variety of levels of care available in the center ensures that all residents’ needs are met. The ANF team has incorporated components which reflect the latest research in dementia care and the care of the elderly. Some of these include a public retail area designed around a Main Street concept with shopfronts and conveniences for residents.
The Assisted Living Center also features outdoor gardens, a chapel, and therapy areas to enhance quality of life. ANF has incorporated environmentally friendly design principles in the use of materials with long life cycles, conservation of energy, and underground parking to minimize altering the site.
