Situated adjacent to the University of South Florida in Tampa, the Union on Fletcher apartment complex was created by Greystar Real Estate Partners to serve primarily college students. With this demographic in mind, ANF created engaging, energetic interior spaces including design elements that provide “Instagram-worthy” moments. For community spaces such as the lobby and student lounge vibrant beach-themed wall graphics provide perfect backdrops for selfie shots.
