The concept for the renovation was driven towards making the students’ environment more modern and in keeping with current design trends in the condo and apartment industry as well as the hospitality sector. The space functions as a Live/Learn community, which is self-contained within the property.

ANF upgraded the finishes, furniture, decor and technology to achieve a warm, positive and stylish environment.

ANF’s goal was to make University Towers a place where students can relax, unwind and recharge, and be inspired and comfortable in their environment.
Fun graphics, modern architectural features and custom carpet tile are a few features that are seen within the renovated space. Each floor is color-coded in vibrant shades, giving each one a unique identity.
