UT MARTIN SORORITY VILLAGE

UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE
ANF designed four Sorority Lodges for the University of Tennessee at Martin campus. The3,800 SF prototypical floor plans provide an individual identity for each sorority with subtle variations in the siting of the buildings and two different front porch designs.
These two-story buildings provide contemporary facilities for the sororities while expressing the classical proportions and human scale of this residential building type. Each Lodge is veneered in red brick accented with cast stone details; wood double hung windows and arched-top patio doors contribute to the traditional look.
A brick walk, brick front porch and wood entry doors with a Palladian window above provide an inviting entrance into each Lodge.
