St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Campus Materials Management Relocation

FedEx Main Screening

The project consists of a 30,000 square foot screening building, a 4,000 square foot north lobby building and a 290-foot sky bridge connecting the two buildings. ANF was asked to design a new branch on a prominent corner in Collierville. The Bank and the Town of Collierville requested a building that differed in style and character from other banks. First Tennessee Airways Branch Renovation

This project updated an older branch bank giving it a new look and finishes on the inside, changing the functional layout by closing an old drive lane while adding two new lanes on the opposite side of the bank to increase efficiency. This change allowed reworking of the parking and traffic flow so that First TN no longer needs to rent the adjacent property for parking. FEDEX ANF provided bridging documents for a one story, steel frame building clad in brick and horizontal metal siding to FedEx. FedEx issued these documents to a select list of developers.
